The review of the AAS Program includes considerations such as the application and eligibility process, clinical assessment and reassessment, current structure of funding, and client experience. For the Residential Services Program, it includes developing residential funding models, supporting NGO partners, managing waitlists, inspections, monitoring, and Associate Families.
Davis Pier Consulting has been engaged to conduct the review, with a final report expected in Spring 2025.
